Does your bike need the ICR adapter?

Bike headsets fall into three types. Only bikes that meet Type 3 criteria require the ICR adapter:

• Type 1 – No internal cable routing
  

• Type 2 – Cables exiting from the headset dust cover
  

• Type 3 – Cables routed through headset spacers
  

IS THE ICR ADAPTER KIT COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR BIKE?

The ICR Adapter Kit is compatible with almost all headset types featuring internal cable routing, but make sure to check these two key points:

1. Your bike’s spacers must have a flat mating surface to align correctly with the flat surface of the Shotgun spacer.

2. The alignment pins on your spacers must match the position of the alignment holes on the Shotgun spacer.
