How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the products in your order.
Bicycles and e-bikes
Due to their size, weight, and specific transportation requirements, bicycles and e-bikes are shipped under different conditions than standard parcels. Shipping costs for bicycles and e-bikes are therefore calculated separately.
Other products
Bike parts, accessories, clothing, and other products are generally shipped as standard parcels. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the contents of your order. If your order contains products from different shipping categories, the final shipping cost will be calculated automatically based on the contents of your shopping cart.
The final shipping cost is always displayed in your shopping cart and before you complete your order.
Shipping bicycles and e-bikes
When shipping bicycles, our priority is to make sure your new bike arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Bicycles are carefully protected and packed for transportation. Due to the size and weight of the package, different shipping rates apply compared with standard parcel deliveries. Additional carrier requirements and shipping restrictions may apply to e-bikes due to their batteries. As a result, e-bike delivery may not be available to all destinations.

Shipping other products
Bike components, spare parts, accessories, clothing, and other smaller products are shipped using standard parcel delivery.
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the products included in your order. The current shipping cost is shown in the shipping calculator and again in your shopping cart before you place your order.
Special shipping conditions may apply to certain oversized or heavy products due to their dimensions or weight.
Dispatch and delivery times
We aim to dispatch all in-stock products as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country, type of shipment, and shipping carrier. Delivery times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, and periods of high order volume.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and, where available, tracking information for your shipment.
