Shimano CN-HG601-11 is an 11-speed chain with an asymmetric HG-X11 plate design and SIL-TEC surface treatment, which together ensure smooth, quiet and precise shifting. The SIL-TEC treatment simultaneously reduces friction and extends the life of the chain, so it requires less maintenance.
The chain features a reinforced construction, making it suitable for e-bikes with 11-speed systems in addition to road and mountain bikes. It is a directional chain, meaning the direction of rotation must be observed during installation. An SM-CN900-11 Quick-Link connecting link is included, allowing for tool-free installation and removal.
