The latest Shimano Deore RD-M6000 Derailleur is optimized with Shimano's "Dyna-Sys" technology. Thanks to Shadow RD+ technology, it has a switch that allows for a stronger spring tension to reduce the chain's jump.

Switch when set to:
ON-position
Consolidates the cage and the resulting chain movement for an almost quiet and stable driving experience.
OFF-POSITION
Facilitates the installation and removal of the rear wheel by releasing the spring tension of the cage.
